Mr. Jim Mabry and his wife, Ronnica, own and operate Aqua Clean of Morehead. In August of 2012 he cleaned our entire, 4,000 square-foot, white, vinyl-sided home as well as half of its roof using low-pressure applied chemicals. He also cleaned the inside-outside back patio rug.
Besides the obvious results, what impressed us most were his efforts to be thorough, not to rush and to apply the chemicals carefully. Before and after applications, he thoroughly soaked the plants near the house.
I am not sure what we expected, but we were pleasantly surprised with the much-improved appearance of our home. The before- and after-photographs we took confirmed that we did indeed need to have it cleaned. Anyway, when all's said and done, we would be pleased for you to drive by our home at the University's Eagle Trace Golf Course to see for yourself what an exceptional and professional cleaning Mr. Mabry gave our home. We are the only home with a flag pole and a Purple Martin Bird Complex in the backyard.
In the years to come when we have our home cleaned again, we will certainly contact the Mabry's. And we are not the least bit hesitant to recommend their work.

I had Jim Mabry clean the siding on my house on several occasions. I was extrememly pleased! Not only did he do an outstanding job, but his prices were extremely reasonable. In the year of 2006 I moved to my new house at 213 Jeff Ct. I was very excited even though the house needed some work. One of them was cleaning the vinyl which had mold all over it. I thought I could do it and I was always avoiding the task. But it seems like Mr. Jim Mabry with the Aqua Clean company had been reading my mind, he just knocked on my door and asked me if I would like to have my house pressure washed since he was going to do my neighbor's house, I simply told him that it all depended on how much it would cost to do it, and in a few minutes he gave me the estimate for it and right away I told him - just go ahead and do it - as a bonus he would also clean the concrete of my front entrance.
After Mr. Mabry came to do the job I could not had been more satisfied! My house looked like a brand new house! I was so satisfied that I kept his business card becuase I knew I was going to call him back. His job was very professional and clean, I was also very worried because I have a fish pond and I thought the chemical would kill them, but he assured me that he would be careful and he also would use biodegradable chemicals.
This past summer of 2009 I noticed again those little black dots showing back on my vinyl and immediately contaced Mr. Jim Mabry, the only problem he had is that he is located in Flemingsburg - Kentucky and he asked me that he would do my house again but if I could find him a couple more houses to make his trip worthwhile. I contacted my neighbors and Mr. Mabry came back to wash our houses...again with the same quality and precision that he had the first day I met him. That trip to Frankfort was so successful that Mr. Mabry had to come back the following day to cover some more houses in the neighborhood.
I highly recommend Mr. Mabry and his company for his professional services, the job gets done fast and with quality. I will not call anybody else to pressure wash my house.
